Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects Management Engineer to join our team. As a Project Management Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the follow-up process for various projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of projects through effective coordination, documentation, and communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive assignments for new processes and thoroughly study and understand the requirements.
- Review client documents, identify necessary data and documents, and communicate with clients to gather any missing information.
- Study engineering documents, collect information, and survey market prices to support project evaluation and decision-making.
- Coordinate with clients to schedule field inspections and register inspection dates in the business follow-up application.
- Prepare draft follow-up reports based on inspection results and financial studies (if applicable).
- Collaborate with the Projects Management Department to review and amend draft reports as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries and address any modifications or additional requests.
- Record and close processes on the business follow-up application, ensuring accurate documentation of project progress.
- Assist in evaluating external service providers and participate in the selection process as required.
- Collaborate with the Projects Management Department Manager to review ongoing operations and prepare regular progress reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Civil /Architecture.
- Proven experience not less than 3 years in project management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of engineering documents, drawings, and market research.
-- Proficiency in using MS Office backage.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
