Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Strategic sales have played an essential role in the growth of the Company globally and this exciting position is looking for a dynamic professional to build and grow a client base in Egypt.
  • The candidate needs to be a self-motivated performer with expertise in sales planning and execution.
  • The position will require the candidate to perform in a fast paced environment to lead market penetration by focusing on C-level executives of large enterprise accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluate their position; research and analyze sales options, gather market and client intelligence. 
  • Build pipeline by cold calling, emailing and arranging referrals to generate leads with C Level executies of large private and public sector prospective clients.
  • Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements; Identify product requirement in assigned accounts by engaging with different user teams to increase product usage.
  • Demonstrate the product by understanding specific requirements of the prospects; Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Research and recommend new opportunities; recommend profit and service improvements. Deeply engage with the prospect and study the organization hierarchy and decision makers.
  • Negotiate the terms and achieve sales; Review your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets; and contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and perspectives. Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process.

Job Requirements

Key Skills Required:

  • Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Written and verbal fluency in Arabic and English
  • Perseverance and very high ethical standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Patience and maturity while dealing with ambiguity and challenging situations.
  • Commercial awareness and minimum basic knowledge of structures of corporate organizational hierarchies, stocks, markets and regulators.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using leading CRM tools.
  • Process driven and strong analytics driven sales management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to think outside the box and generate and implement new ideas.
  • Experience in organizing newsletter and email campaigns.
  • Natural interest in team building and leadership with strong team management and coaching/training skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • IT skills (knowledge to operate laptop/PC, good typing speed and working knowledge of MS Office).
