About the Job

Centrivision is in IMMEDIATE need for a technical support agent to help in handling customers, reporting issues, onboarding customers, and user testing. If you are accepted, you will be working in one of the world's best solutions in poultry management systems named AbuErdan ( It has been selected as one of the best startups in Atlanta, Georgia last year that disrupts the poultry industry. 

Technical Support Duties:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
  • Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
  • Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
  • Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
  • Managing multiple cases at one time.
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies.
  • Testing application (user testing) before roll-out (After coming out from the QA department)
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
