About the Job
  • Full Ownership over the category management role in terms of 
    Assortments, Pricing, Offers and Supply.
  • Identify and codify new analyses relevant to driving eCommerce traffic, conversion and basket size; Integrate online and offline data and insights to maximize performance in omnichannel environments
  • Develop storylines and presentations to effectively communicate findings both internally as well as externally to retailers, distributors and other stakeholders
  • Developing the country promotion calendar.
  • Leading negotiations, making deals & Maintaining strong relationships with vendors to enhance competitive positioning including sales programs and promotional support.
  • Maintaining control over proper stock levels and Preparing buying plans and sales forecast.
  • Developing and maintaining control over the quality of product pages.
  • Participating actively in marketing activities, including the preparation of media-publish content.
  • Maintaining active communication with other departments including CS, Marketing, Operations, IT and content to better the overall
  • Understanding the three distribution channel customers and determine the best selling strategy for each
  • Analyzing data using CRM  systems.
Job Requirements
  • 5 to 7 Years’ Experience 1-2 years’ of them experience in eCommerce sales and management 
  • At least 4 years of experience in progressive development and management of multiple product categories, in Agriculture Field
  • Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or relative degree.
  • User of MS Excel & PowerPoint 
  • Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Passion to work in an entrepreneurial and high growth environment
  • Strong business acumen & strategic thinking
  • Must be highly organized, has insight of commercial thinking, with exceptional communication skills
