About the Job
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns
  • Build and maintain Company social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if there.
  • Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google AdWords and onsite search)
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling
  • Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights
  • Generate marketing qualified leads.
  • Develop brand presence through digital channels
  • Plan and effectively execute a social media strategy for generating demand for the services offered.
  • Manage the SEO on all online channels.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
Job Requirements
  • Must have strong knowledge in building an online community.
  • Must be skilled in Programmatic Marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Design skills in order to manage images, template layouts, etc
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
