About the Job

Job Purpose

As a Front Desk Receptionist you will act as first point of contact of the company. Greet, welcome & direct company's visitors to requested personnel. Coordinate administrative duties such as receiving & distributing correspondence, answering & redirecting phone calls & maintaining reception area in a professional & presentable outlook.

Main Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at company premise.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate/requested person/office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the concerned staff/department.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Schedule meetings.
  • Manage Meeting Rooms Reservation.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in an Office environment.
  • Fluency in English Language.
  • Excellent Communication & Stress Management skills.
  • High ability to multitask.
