Job Description
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming experience upon arrival.
- Register new patients and assist them in completing all necessary forms and documentation accurately.
- Verify and update patient information in the data system to maintain accurate records.
- Clearly explain dental office procedures, policies, and expectations to patients.
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and in alignment with the office’s calendar and protocols.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls following office procedures.
- Inform patients of their financial treatment plan options and answer related questions.
- Handle difficult or upset patients professionally, providing solutions or escalating when necessary.
- Take full responsibility for maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professionally maintained at all times.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Presentable and well-groomed with a confident demeanor
- Proven experience as a front desk representative, receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering a positive patient experience
Working Conditions:
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Days Off: 2 consecutive days off
