About the Job

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. He will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth.

  • Perform cold/warmth calls to generate sales appointments, consult prospective clients by understanding their needs.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Maintain a high level of prospect services and support.
  • Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales target set for calls, emails, and follow up.
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales process.
  • Compile and update the most recent information regarding client’s preference and need, on daily and weekly basis.
  • Prepare, locate and compile information and documents.
  • All paperwork is to be completed in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate and confidential records.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role – real estate experience is a must.
  • Good at networking and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Strong organization and documentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Positive attitude with excellent people, phone and sales skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills both oral and written.
  • Advanced PC skills, CRM experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English Language.
