About the Job
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other or both.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, exhibitions, Value real estate.
  • Knows the super-luxury real estate, Commercial market and knows how to deal with clients.
  • Ensuring clients are being properly communicated and addressed.
  • Supporting in all communications, public relations and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy.
  • Manage their own time and schedules, making sure they are hustling to get the word out about properties and find the information their clients need.
  • Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
Job Requirements
  • Preferred previous experience in the sale of commercial and administrative malls.
  • Retail experience.
  • Males only.
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder.
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and high attention to detail.
