Job Description
- Deliver Operational Excellence, compliance and Franchise standards in all stores nationally
- Execute formats, merchandising and layouts, implement planograms
- Execute all promotions in line with the Category plan through in-depth category analysis and range review
- Coach and train the service providers in terms of execution at site level
- Manage Performance Improvement Plans in under performing retail sites
- Review programs which will enhance site staff performance
- Manage Supply Chain compliance on site
- Manage the national external Sales force
- Conduct training for Territory Managers related to Convenience Retailing and Food Safety
Job Requirements
- B.Cs in a suitable discipline
- Minimum 7 years experience in convenient stores with minimum 2 years of experience in operations management position
