Job Description
- Direct supervision of the auxiliary services (drivers - delegates - mail - internal supervision - mobile lines - phone lines)
- Determining the daily or weekly tasks of the auxiliary services to meet the needs of other departments (cars - transfers - rent apartments)
- Supervising the periodic maintenance of cars, following up the bills for maintenance and rental of cars, and coordinating with the relevant companies and departments
- Coordination with the Personnel and Procurement Affairs Department regarding staff uniforms and implementation of the uniform policy
- Participate in selecting suppliers and contractors and negotiate with purchases to determine the best conditions for contracting with them
- Participate in the formulation and preparation of administrative affairs procedures in coordination with the direct manager and other departments
- Responsible for distributing and equipping the new employees' workplaces in cooperation with the other departments
- Follow-up of the centers regarding the requirements of administrative affairs
- Follow-up on the procurement requests in relation to administrative affairs
- Supervising the provision of workplace needs with the necessary office tools and devices
- Booking of hotels and taking care of the follow ups
- Replacements and payment documents for administrative affairs
- Commissary for employees
- A commissioner for the company with the mobile companies to bring lines for the company and employees and follow up on bills
- Book and prepare meeting rooms before meetings
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in the same role.
- Good communication skills.
- Problem-solving.
- Supervision experience with blue collars.
- Experience in working on SAP System.
