Job Description
- Manage Office invoices, budget and supplies and place orders
- Receive & direct visitors
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
- Coordinate with Suppliers & Clients for trading shipments
- Arrange documentations for trading shipments
- Coordinate with related parties (Suppliers/clients/banks/ port agents/ customs agents/ stevedores/ internal departments) for smooth ops
- Arrange documents uploading
- Prepare shipments reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years experience in similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Languages: Excellent Arabic & English - French is a plus.
