Job Description

  • Manage Office invoices, budget and supplies and place orders
  • Receive & direct visitors
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Coordinate with Suppliers & Clients for trading shipments
  • Arrange documentations for trading shipments
  • Coordinate with related parties (Suppliers/clients/banks/ port agents/ customs agents/ stevedores/ internal departments) for smooth ops
  • Arrange documents uploading
  • Prepare shipments reports 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years experience in similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Languages: Excellent Arabic & English - French is a plus.
