Job Description
Main Duties:
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
- Builds applicant sources by researching providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; and sourcing candidates
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Manages new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; providing community introductions.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 2-5 years in recruitment .
- Medical Experience throw Healthcare or related Medical industries is preferable
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Proven experience in working on different recruiting channels.
- Experience with hiring both blue and white collars is a must
- Strong understanding of applicant-tracker systems.
- Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Good command in English language.
- Using ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) is preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent Microsoft and Internet skills
- Negotiating skills
