Job Description

  • Provide a bridge of smooth communication between the vice president office and all internal departments.
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the VP, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Plan, coordinate and ensure the VP's schedule is followed and respected.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle travel and guest arrangements.
  • Facilitate the communication between the vice president and his subordinates.
  • Issue purchasing orders for stationery and office equipment requested by the department.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in the food industry.
  • Languages: Very good command of English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Computer Skills: MS Word Skills Advanced, MS Excel Skills Advanced, MS PowerPoint Advanced, MS Outlook Skills Advanced
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Application with a recent photo is a must.
  • Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Females Only , age between 28 to 40 years .
