Job Description
- Provide a bridge of smooth communication between the vice president office and all internal departments.
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the VP, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the VP's schedule is followed and respected.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle travel and guest arrangements.
- Facilitate the communication between the vice president and his subordinates.
- Issue purchasing orders for stationery and office equipment requested by the department.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in the food industry.
- Languages: Very good command of English language (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- Computer Skills: MS Word Skills Advanced, MS Excel Skills Advanced, MS PowerPoint Advanced, MS Outlook Skills Advanced
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service attitude.
- Application with a recent photo is a must.
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issue arise.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
