Job Description

  • Receiving and screening calls and communications with the Deputy CEO according to priority.
  • Coordinating and arranging meetings, preparing agendas, facilities and taking minutes and resolutions.
  • Providing efficient dissemination of information to all departments, in accordance with the Deputy CEO's directions.
  • Providing administrative and logistical support to all departments.
  • Handling all correspondences for Deputy CEO.
  • Helping in handling all logistical arrangements for the top Management's events, travels, and outdoor PR & Marketing activities.
  • Formulating procedures for systematic and effective retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of "Hard" & "Soft" records.
  • Ensuring clear communication of information to the Deputy CEO that aids effective decision-making.
  • Organizing the department administrative and clerical procedures and services including requisition of supplies.
  • Responsible for the tidiness of the Deputy CEO office & the Board room.
  • Helping the corporate secretary in all logistical arrangements concerning the Board of Directors meeting starting from preparing agenda, dispatching invitations, typing minutes and dispatching them.
  • Responsible for the Chairman's register of decrees.
  • Responsible for the Deputy CEO register of decrees.
  • Typing, compiling and presenting all periodical reports, statistics and presentations as needed.
  • Ensuring continuous self-development to keep up to date with the knowledge needed for effective performance.
  • Keeping up to date with company policies, procedures and authority limits that affect the implementation of responsibilities.
  • Supporting the department in any other task/project as needed.
