We are searching for a B2B Sales Manager, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference.
- Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
- Search for new client leads.
- Manage relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.).
- Understanding and align to your customers business goals and objectives, ultimately driving ROI.
- Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Achieve retention, growth and customer satisfaction goals of your accounts through best in class relationship management and customer service
- Analyzes sales trends based on historical data to ensure strong performance and close performance gaps
- Makes recommendations and/or takes corrective action to manage direct reports, Team, and B2B Program’s performance as appropriate
