Responsibilities:
- Interface with requesters from different departments & obtains details on Purchase Requests.
- Search the local and markets for potential suppliers.
- Follow up on goods/services delivery within Purchasing Order (PO) delivery terms.
- Work cooperatively with requesters and warehouse to determine availability, Price, Shipping and receiving.
- To expedite delivery of goods to users.
- Resolve purchasing issues and problems with incorrect orders, Invoices and Shipments.
- Negotiate with local suppliers.
- Receiving (Purchasing Request) and executing it Perform all procurement to satisfy all company operational needs.
- Preparing vendor list.
- Prepare a recommendation regarding requested goods and services to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness Performs.
- Complete bills, technical checks, upstream deductions, and guarantees for purchases.
- Follow up on bills, record them and send them to Finance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Experience: From 0-2 years
- Language: Good English Language
- Residence: Cairo Residence.
- Bachelor degree in Business.
