Job Description

Looking for a Personal Assistant who is willing to learn and grow into different roles and responsibilities. The candidate must be a great multi-tasker, who is willing to work with different departments in the company. 

Some responsibilities are:

Organise and schedule meetings. Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes. Answer and screening calls. Manage the diaries and schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English, spoken and written
  • Excellent knowledge of M/S word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Very Good Research abilities.
