Job Description
- Dealing with managers of organized travel groups, travel agencies; accepting and forwarding tourists
- Receiving and processing calls
- Telephone consultation for clients
- Dealing with emails
- Calculating the price of tours
- Leading customers from the moment of calling to returning from tour
- Controlling payment for tours
- Searching and booking hotels, transport, museums, public catering points (café, restaurant)
- Working with railway agencies (booking and preparation of railway tickets)
- Creating and calculating new tours
- Managing and filling company’s website (prices, programs)
- Dealing with contracts of hotels, museums, transport companies
- Working with guides
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Tourism agencies
- Strong Basic computer skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Logical thinking
- Ability to work quickly
- Ability to distinguish the key point of work
- Excellent Knowledge of Key Suppliers worldwide (Travel agents/Hotels/Booking systems)
- Excellent in English and Other Language is a plus.
- Strong Experience in Airline Ticketing and Hotel reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc...)
- Strong Experience in Social Media
- Strong Sales skills
- Presentable
