Job Description
Cleopatra Travel company in Heliopolis is seeking, an IATA-certified, highly experienced, and skilled Senior Reservations and Ticketing Executive with in-depth knowledge of IATA BSP processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airline reservations, ticketing systems and customer service, along with a demonstrated ability to effectively navigate and manage the complexities of the IATA BSP system.
Job Requirements
Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle ticket exchanges
- Issuing and reissuing flight Tickets and processing full and partial refunds
- International and domestic fare quotes.
- Improving and increasing the number of the airlines that company deals with
- Refunds, quality control, contract fares, snap codes, airlines' rules, and other related.
- Booking and Itinerary Management:
- Create and update customer profiles and invoicing for seamless booking experiences.
- Build Passenger Name Records (PNRs) and develop comprehensive travel itineraries.Qualifications & Skill
- Minimum 5 years experience in ticketing
- Excellent knowledge of IATA account management
- Diploma in reservation and ticketing from Amadeus Systems
- Used to handling various ticketing applications
- Excellent experience in ticketing & booking options
- Very good English spoken & written
- Ability to work under pressure
- High organizational skills.
