Job Description
- Responsible for Hotel and cruise Local Reservations.
- Create reservations booked daily.
- Create arrival report daily.
- Responsible for hotel payments.
- Responsible for reservation system.
- Responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Responsible for recording Company/Travel Agent Rates both in system and correspondence file.
- Liaise with Sales Department in regards to occupancy, Rates Reservation's Analysis.
- Knowledgeable in hotel and guest room facilities/services and ensures reservations agents are equally knowledgeable.
- Responsible for various Production reports and supply to each department concerned.
- Follows up tentative bookings and update reservation status
- Reviews no-show and cancelled reservations and processes charges according to hotel’s policy
- Responsible for work schedule
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in a reservation position at a tourism company
- Excellent knowledge of hotels and cruises in Egypt
- Can use and handle reservation software systems.
- Excellent experience in booking options
- Very good English spoken & written
- Ability to work under pressure
- High organizational skills.
- Problem solver.
