Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for establishing deals and contracts with third parties to provide telephone lines, rodent control, security, cleaning and maintenance of the head office.
- Responsible for providing all needs regarding offices (Desks, Stationary, Equipment).
- Follow up on operation needs (food, equipment, material).
- Managing company fleet and Cars’ licenses.
- Establishing operations’ licenses with governmental entities.
Job Requirements
- 6+ Years of Experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- Good leadership and time, task, result-oriented.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning.
