Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Responsible for establishing deals and contracts with third parties to provide telephone lines, rodent control, security, cleaning and maintenance of the head office.
  • Responsible for providing all needs regarding offices (Desks, Stationary, Equipment).
  • Follow up on operation needs (food, equipment, material).
  • Managing company fleet and Cars’ licenses.
  • Establishing operations’ licenses with governmental entities.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ Years of Experience in a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Good leadership and time, task, result-oriented.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning.
