Job Description
- Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Human Resources interviews).
- Responsible for recruitment for Sales, Retail positions.
- Responsible for preparing job offer, contracts and hiring documents.
- Handle the on boarding of new employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration, Commerce or any other relevant major.
- Minimum 2- 4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably at the retail sector
- Fluency in the English Language
- Good in communication & negotiation skills
- HR certificate or diploma is a plus
- To be able to start work within two weeks maximum
