Job Description
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions and other related litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Organize filing of litigation documents and processes.
- Appear before the courts, committees and other competent authorities and carry out all necessary administrative procedures.
- Liaising with, supervising and allocating certain legal work to external legal advisors upon specific requests from the responsible Supervisor/Manager.
- Dealing with the governmental agencies and organs / Public Funds Prosecution / General Authority for Investments.
Job Requirements
- A lawyer in the court of the first instance or an appeal lawyer;
- Previously dealt with the Public Funds Prosecution;
- Experience in dealing with courts of various degrees and types in addition to dealing with state administrative organs and governmental agencies.
