Job Description
- Study of RFPs, summarizing them and arranging internal RFP discussion meetings
- Proposals preparation and bid submission
- Prepare, update and Maintain the MEA BD tracker
- Prepare the corporate presentations and presentation of bids and proposals
- Assist the DART in producing the competitive analysis report
- Obtain feedback on pending and lost bids and issue questionnaires and client satisfaction surveys in coordination with the marketing officer
- Update and maintain the BD library and server including cap stats, case studies and professional CVs
- Maintain the central BD depository including legal and commercial documents, corporate policies and procedures, methodologies and other materials
- Act as the regional coordinator providing support to other offices in the region with regards to:
- Bid submissions and proposal preparation
- Create, maintain and update the selling materials, cap stats, case studies and CVs
- Collect all legal and commercial data for all offices and store them on the centralised server
- Co-ordinate with regional coordinators in order to convey templates, procedures and requirements to them and to ensure that all documents issued by all offices are standardised and are coordinated and uniform
Job Requirements
- Engineering or Business Administration major, experience is an added value but can do with a fresh graduate
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation skills
- Great command over English and Arabic languages
- Thorough and has great attention to details
