Job Description
- Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them..
- Assist the candidates to complete job applications form.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Gathering data in Excel sheet about the companies which work in Export and import field in the foreign countries and contact with them and send the profile company via e-mail - Messages – Whatsapp.
- Gathering data about the agents who work in logistics in all the foreign companies.
- Manage the company's social media pages (facebook, instagram,…)
- Prepare data sheet for all the local and international events and exhibitions which related to import and export field and follow up all the details.
- search for any required data in the work
- Prepare and send daily and weekly reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree at least.
- Fluent English / French Speaking
- Good Computer skills.
- Experience (1-5) years.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Time management skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Charismatic and well-presented.
- A problem-solving skills.
