Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Screen, validate and interview candidates for potential hiring
- Schedule candidates for assessments and follow up as necessary
- Use Recruitment Tools to maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Following up with candidates and updating the Recruitment system & other trackers where applicable
- Sending required follow up emails and text messages
- Supporting candidates with assessments & daily activities
- Build positive candidate experiences
- Overseeing and managing assessments phase
- Contact past applicants for new job opportunities

Job Requirements
- EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Overall experience 1-2 years and At least 3 months call center experience is essential
- Skills Required:
- Fluency in French language (C1-C2)
- Very good command in the English language
- Team player
- Ability to priorities and multitask on daily basis
- Ability to work under pressure and within a changing environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Negotiation Skills
