Job Description

  • Managing the Medical Insurance Arrangements and Requests for the company’s resources in Egypt Offices
  • Handling Attendance Review Management for all staff
  • Managing Employees’ Vacations and Leaves
  • Coordinating Filing Process on System and Manual Employees’ Files
  • Managing HR Ticketing System
  • Handling different Employees’ Requests
  • Handling the Business Trips Requests and its related processes
  • Assisting Recruiters in the Recruitment and Interviewing Processes
  • Supporting HR Team in Various HR Functions

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Business Administration, HR, Commerce or Equivalent
  • 1 – 2 Years of HR experience
  • Excellent in English Language Speaking, Writing and listening
  • HR Certificate or Diploma is a Plus
