Job Description
- Managing the Medical Insurance Arrangements and Requests for the company’s resources in Egypt Offices
- Handling Attendance Review Management for all staff
- Managing Employees’ Vacations and Leaves
- Coordinating Filing Process on System and Manual Employees’ Files
- Managing HR Ticketing System
- Handling different Employees’ Requests
- Handling the Business Trips Requests and its related processes
- Assisting Recruiters in the Recruitment and Interviewing Processes
- Supporting HR Team in Various HR Functions
Job Requirements
- BSc in Business Administration, HR, Commerce or Equivalent
- 1 – 2 Years of HR experience
- Excellent in English Language Speaking, Writing and listening
- HR Certificate or Diploma is a Plus
