Job Description
- Oversee all Human Resources activities .
- Manage all employee-related issues, mostly females.
- Our Industry is in Beauty Salons, hence a female candidate is required to have access to female-only areas, and most of the staff are females.
- You will also be responsible for recruiting and setting job descriptions
Job Requirements
- Willing to relocate to Kuwait
- Previously worked as HR manager or managerial level
- Previous experience with HR systems
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Willing to work longer than usual hours
- Labor Law Knowledge
- Professional in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
