Job Description
- Handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Participate in setting annual Manpower plan and its implementation
- Responsible for tracking the headcount in order to address the company’s workforce needs in all sites.
- Conduct Exit Interview for Resigning White & Blue Collars Employees.
- Prepare the monthly/annual HR Reports.
- Conduct TNA meetings, Monitor & update Training Plan and delivery + Cost versus Budget
- Ensure Mandatory e-Learning Training is completed for Total Population
- Prepare & send HR announcements of Organizational Changes.
- Manage Employee Engagement Survey.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience.
- HR Generalist Experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages skills.
- Excellent Business Writing Skills.
- Excellent in Business Communications Skills.
- Accept working environment: 10% outdoor and 90% standard office work.
