Job Description

  • Handling talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Participate in setting annual Manpower plan and its implementation
  • Responsible for tracking the headcount in order to address the company’s workforce needs in all sites.
  • Conduct Exit Interview for Resigning White & Blue Collars Employees.
  • Prepare the monthly/annual HR Reports.
  • Conduct TNA meetings, Monitor & update Training Plan and delivery + Cost versus Budget
  • Ensure Mandatory e-Learning Training is completed for Total Population
  • Prepare & send HR announcements of Organizational Changes.
  • Manage Employee Engagement Survey.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience.
  • HR Generalist Experience.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic languages skills.
  • Excellent Business Writing Skills.
  • Excellent in Business Communications Skills.
  • Accept working environment: 10% outdoor and 90% standard office work.
