- The Social Media Moderator will serve as the day-to-day engagement and conversation specialist for all our social media including Facebook, twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn
- You will engage personally via company platforms to enhance the overall image of the company through direct personal engagement with the customers.
- This person will also assist with planning and execution of Social Media Campaigns, including content development , Community Management and Moderation of Comments & Inquiries
- Research and communicate with media partners either online or via phone to organize collaborations, interviews ...etc.
- Tagging Sentiment of Comments / Inquiries and escalating any Severe Negative Issues
- Taking Note of Common Issues to Flag, assisting with putting together Listening Reports and finding opportunities to build on trending topics or hash tags.
