Job Description
- Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Manage the effective achievement of business development objectives through the leadership of the business development– setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the business development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Major :Preferred Business Administration/ Marketing
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification (is an advantage)
- Age : Minimum 35 to Max 43 years old
- Years of experience: 10-15 years relevant experience in Businesses field B2B including at least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- Experience needed :Sales & Marketing B2B
- Qualifications: Creativity/Innovation, Communication Skills, Develop multi-channel marketing plans, Assess a new marketing opportunities, setting objectives,
