Job Description
- Preparing strategic and annual plans and estimated budgets for the marketing department.
- Developing the company's comprehensive marketing and market analysis plans, identifying the target audience, selecting marketing channels, and creating marketing content.
- Develop special plans and programs, direct promotional and advertising campaigns, and choose appropriate means for these campaigns, to introduce the company and its projects.
- Supervising the organization of participation in all marketing events, such as real estate exhibitions, promotions, and community events.
- Evaluate and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and evaluate objectives (ROI and KPIs)
- Review reports on the level of customer satisfaction with the company’s services and competitors and work to provide suggestions for developing these services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, and Marketing
- 10:15 years of experience preferred Real Estate, Development
- Language: Excellent English
- Leadership Competencies (Problem solving and decision-making - Focus on customer satisfaction.)
