- FMGC background is must.
- Chocolate& Biscuit manufacturing background is must.
- Have 10:12 years of experiences
- High leadership & working under pressure
- Good knowledge about safety &Quality principals.
- Fully interested by lean manufacture technique and tools of implementation.
- Production planning knowledge and machines capacity.
- Cost-saving targets understanding and ability to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Working knowledge in the area of OEE and lines utilization.
- Have strong leadership management and a decision taken.
- Aware by all THE KPI’s and be close with it.
- Have the ability to improve the morale of the production team and encourage working together philosophy.
- Continuous improvement knowledge is a must.
- Good communication skills and time management.
