Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to manage production operations at our clothing manufacturing facility. The role includes overseeing production schedules, inventory tracking, purchasing, and staff management to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
- Supervise staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Implement quality control processes and minimize waste.
- Track inventory, manage supplies, and maintain organized purchasing schedules.
- Document production activities, staff attendance, and material usage.
- Communicate progress and challenges to the management team.
Job Requirements
Key Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in production supervision (fashion/textile preferred).
- Knowledge of garment production and quality standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
