Job Description

  • Employees’ daily attendance for the office & Prima Gold City Stars.
  • Print Bank Statement to General Manager on a Daily Basis.
  • Send Cheques issued Report to General Manager on a Daily Basis.
  • Send Cheque Withdrawn Report to General Manager on a Daily Basis, then print and File
  • Print Daily Sales Report & File
  • Manage the Office Cleaning on a daily basis
  • Maintain the inventory of Office supplies
  • Drafting letters and other documents
  • Maintaining filing system
  • Photocopying and printing needed documents
  • Assist Management in preparing any event or meetings
  • Assist the G.M in any required job.

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant major
  • Fluent in spoken and written English & Arabic
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent writing skills
