Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed,Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Take dictation, Attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Maintain COP’s agenda and assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating appointments, meetings, etc.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Transcribes drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Assists in the completion of various forms, notices, and other communications as assigned.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Assist in update listings of available properties on the data base when requested.
- Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs, Conduct research and prepare presentations as assigned
- Other duties may be assigned by the direct supervisor
Job Requirements
- University degree
- 3+ year experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position.
- Females Only
- Commanding English professional writing and spoken English is a must
- Proficient in translating into proper Arabic and English
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office & internet researching.
- Presentable, pleasant, tactful, proactive, dynamic are main traits.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
