Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed,Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally.
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Take dictation, Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Maintain COP’s agenda and assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
  • Transcribes drafts, proofreads and revises correspondence, memos, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Assists in the completion of various forms, notices, and other communications as assigned.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Assist in update listings of available properties on the data base when requested.
  • Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs, Conduct research and prepare presentations as assigned
  • Other duties may be assigned by the direct supervisor

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • 3+ year experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position.
  • Females Only
  • Commanding English professional writing and spoken English is a must
  • Proficient in translating into proper Arabic and English
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office & internet researching.
  • Presentable, pleasant, tactful, proactive, dynamic are main traits.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
