Job Description
- Interacts and responds to potential customers on all social media platforms, especially Facebook, as well as handling all phone calls & WhatsApp groups
- Acts as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
- Coordinates off-site training sessions
- Follows up on payments that are made through different methods (e.g. Vodafone Cash, Orange Cash etc.)
- Maintains training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Manages and maintains in-house training facilities and equipment
Job Requirements
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Good English language (verbal & written)
- Experience as a Training Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role is a plus
