Job Description

  • Full execution of the recruitment process ( including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers)
  • Explore new recruitment channels.
  • Execution of the recruitment social media communication, ruled by approved Marketing and HR Principles.
  • Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies.
  • Provide regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
  • Communicate early warnings.
  • Preform other special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (in any field related to OB, Human resources, Human development).
  • Interviewing Skills (job interviewing certificate is a plus)
  • Communication Skills.
  • Basic Analytical skills.
  • Attention to details.
  • Administration Skills.
  • Computer knowledge (mid to expert level)
  • High level of Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
