Job Description
- Responsible for implementation and support of Avaya contact center & UC products including infrastructure, H/W installation, system configuration, IVR, call routing, LAN, Wireless LAN, Data Center Networking, Wide Area Network (WAN) and Security Firewalls.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience & hands-on in IP telephony, UC and contact center, preferably with Avaya or Cisco products.
- Good knowledge of operation and support of routers, switches & wireless including troubleshooting Skills.
- Preferably, good knowledge and hands on experience on Fortigate Firewall.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Strong skills to prepare the High level documents and Low Level documents.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or telecommunications engineering.
