Job Description
- Welcome guests at the front desk, direct and announce them appropriately.
- Build a good rapport with all of our members and guests.
- Deal with customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Deal with membership and sales inquiries and carry out administrative duties.
- Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls and receive daily emails.
- Maintain and update the membership database system.
- Ensure that all financial transactions related to membership fees are completed.
Job Requirements
- Able to work rotational shifts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Have a friendly and professional approach.
- Presentable.
- IT Skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Very good English speaker.
- Previous same industry experience is preferred.
- Preferred to be 6th of October or Zayed resident
