Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Promote company catering services to corporate clients
- Develop effective sales strategy to attract new and additional catering sales
- Contact corporate, hotels and events’ organizers and achieve catering deals with them
- Effectively respond to customer enquirers
- Ensure all catering deals are delivered on time
- Create and prepare customized catering proposals
- Deliver sales presentations to potential customers
- Work with catering services providers to come up with special offers and deals for potential and existing customers
- Drive customers’ retention, renewals, up-sells and customers’ satisfaction
- Organize and attend clients’ meetings
- Maintain and accurately keep customers’ records updated
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports
- Flexibility to take on other responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Promote company services in a professional and positive manner all the time
- Adopt to a flexible working hours as required by business
- To undertake any other duties, relevant to your skills, which may from time to time be deemed necessary
- Females are preferred
- Excellent English is preferred
- Catering business knowledge and experience is mandatory
- Sales experience from 2 -3 years
- Startup experience is preferred
- Bachelors degree is mandatory
