Job Description
The Business Development Manager’s primary remit is generate revenue for Quintessentially via the selling of B2B lifestyle services to targeted corporate clients, the positions main tasks are:
- Responsible for researching and maintaining a database of potential corporate clients, generating leads and establishing direct contact with key persons
- Introducing the Quintessentially service and B2B corporate offering (including events, mobile app, content, lifestyle consultancy etc.) to potential corporate clients
- Networking and follow up on leads generated from the Service team or Sales team
- Attend meetings with prospective corporate clients
- Create and maintain task lists (commercial, operations, branding etc.) and timelines for new corporate partnerships
- Assist with all branding activities for new partnerships
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the seamless delivery of the service and other SLAs
Job Requirements
- Work experience (3-5 years) in any of the following roles: Business Development, Retail/Sales, B2B Account Management
- Work background in any of the following sectors/areas: Real Estate/Property; Big-Ticket Items (luxury automotive, yachts, jets etc.); Hospitality, luxury travel & leisure; PR & Advertising (niche market)
- Outstanding project management skills – effectively manage projects and tasks from initiation to completion
- In-depth understanding of the requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, HNWI and UHNWI.
- Creative problem solving and outstanding organisational skills with close attention to detail
- Strong business acumen and commercially astute
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel, working knowledge of CRM is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication - fluent English and Arabic is a MUST. Other languages are advantageous
