Job Description

About the Job:

  • We are looking for an experienced Administrative Executive to work for Al Futtaim Lexus in Dubai. Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will perform back office job, coordinate with HR, and Finance team.
  • As part of the Service team, you are mainly responsible in making sure that all important documents and coordination is in proper order.
  • You will arrange daily workshop performance report, prepare incentive computation, and claim form as per the daily time sheet.
  • You need to complete minimum of 30 calls/day on average from Lapse customer list. You are also expected to cover the role of the Cashier in his/her absence.

Job Requirements

About You:

  • The ideal candidate for this role should have a Degree or Diploma preferably in Accounting.
  • You must have at 2 years’ experience within sales administration, sales support, coordination and cashiering function preferably in the Automotive After sales industry.
  • You should also be able to communicate effectively and can work at flexible hours and in shifts. Confident and effective at providing information will be an asset.
