Job Description
- Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Distinctively Manage Furniture and seating plan for new and current branches to ensure proper utilization of company premises.
- Manage all negotiations and contract agreements for facilities and services such as cleaning companies, stationary, Pest Control…etc to avail high standard service to the company premises.
- Review all the invoices from the facilities companies reliance them.
- Communicate with the government agencies to handle any issues related to.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies.
- Manage office and factory administration duties; services which include transportation and other facilities supporting functions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Facility Manager.
- Excellent communicator and negotiator.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Excellent usage of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
