Job Description

YOUR ROLE

  • The selected candidate will be responsible to develop and maintain existing clients. Also, he/she will evaluate the local market regarding potential customers and opportunities within Airfreight business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer portfolio, development of existing customers and acquisition of new customers.
  • Organize and attend client visits, phone calls, and negotiate with clients as well as handling RFQs.
  • Contract preparation and checking of contract validity.
  • Evaluate the market for potential targets and business opportunities.
  • Analyze clients' and competitors' activities towards current and potential clients.
  • Work closely with the assigned Business Development Manager within a specific business unit.

Job Requirements

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or a similar discipline
  • Several years of professional experience in similar roles in the transportation and logistics industry
  • Solid sales experience in Airfreight business. Local experience is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience within the Freight Forwarding Business.
  • Willingness to work in a team, able to drive business and potential to come with business solutions .
  • Powers of persuasion, diplomatic panache, excellent communication skills in English and outstanding performance in closing deals.
