Job Description
YOUR ROLE
- The selected candidate will be responsible to develop and maintain existing clients. Also, he/she will evaluate the local market regarding potential customers and opportunities within Airfreight business.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer portfolio, development of existing customers and acquisition of new customers.
- Organize and attend client visits, phone calls, and negotiate with clients as well as handling RFQs.
- Contract preparation and checking of contract validity.
- Evaluate the market for potential targets and business opportunities.
- Analyze clients' and competitors' activities towards current and potential clients.
- Work closely with the assigned Business Development Manager within a specific business unit.
Job Requirements
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a similar discipline
- Several years of professional experience in similar roles in the transportation and logistics industry
- Solid sales experience in Airfreight business. Local experience is preferred.
- Proven sales experience within the Freight Forwarding Business.
- Willingness to work in a team, able to drive business and potential to come with business solutions .
- Powers of persuasion, diplomatic panache, excellent communication skills in English and outstanding performance in closing deals.
