Your role as "Branch Lead" is improving the working environment and business processes of AlMaqarr Coworking Space. The main aim is developing operational capacities, strengthening customer’s relationships and ensuring consistent growth in revenue.

Main areas to be working on are:

  • Team Management.
  • Customer Happiness.

Your job description in details:

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for AlMaqarr venue(assets, maintenance, logistics, suppliers, inventory, infrastructure, etc.).
  • Maintaining the relationship with neighbors, security, and landlord to secure smooth continued daily operations.
  • Responsible for end to end strategic direction to enhance our day to day operations.
  • Responsible for the cash flow of the daily payments (revenues & costs), documenting and tracking the accounting sheets to guarantee accurate financial data.
  • In addition to issuing taxable invoices when needed.
  • Recommend best practices to your team of Community Managers, for the benefit of the branch, related to member experience, sales, hospitality, operations, events and others.
  • Develop relationships with customers, handling their needs, requests & complains to achieve the highest satisfaction rates of the customers.
  • Dealing and partnering with student activities, startups & freelancers to secure sustainable revenues.
  • Providing and securing smooth running of the supporting functions services based on customer’s needs.
