Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Responsibilities

• Help develop the content calendar based on insights
• Identify key influences and track them
• Moderate and respond to specific handles
• Post / tweet on the channels
• Track competitors and call-out issues
• Manage campaigns
• Be responsible for improving the metrics for the country

Operational Responsibilities

• Managing country specific content and events calendar – exploring various forums etc.
• Identify Influences in the country and interact / engage with them
• Identify Competition
• Participation and Moderation of the country handles (international)
• Manage forums, blogs and social media strategy
