Job Description

Q Medical Industries , is looking to recruit talented office manager to work at its Garden city scientific office

  • Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations.
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
  • Coordinate conferences and meetings.
  • Establish work procedures and schedules.
  • Handle e-marketing social media inquiries
  • Conduct internet research , send & receive emails as requested.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years+ of experience (Administration + HR + Simple accounting)
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent internet user (research & communication)
  • Very organized person
  • Scientific back ground is preferred.
  • Good at graphic design & Autocad.
  • Good at IT.
