Q Medical Industries , is looking to recruit talented office manager to work at its Garden city scientific office
- Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Coordinate conferences and meetings.
- Establish work procedures and schedules.
- Handle e-marketing social media inquiries
- Conduct internet research , send & receive emails as requested.
Job Requirements
- 5 years+ of experience (Administration + HR + Simple accounting)
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent internet user (research & communication)
- Very organized person
- Scientific back ground is preferred.
- Good at graphic design & Autocad.
- Good at IT.
