Job Description
- Creating and implementing sales strategies and identifying new markets to enter.
- Conducting market research to identify new business development opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.
- Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients with the help of marketing team.
- Develop leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas using your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.
- Preparing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
- Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.
- Manage Monthly business Status reports to the section head.
- Follow up on payments/invoices.
- Prospect and generate new leads.
- Maintain close relationship with existing clients.
- Ensure satisfaction level for existing clients through follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, etc..
- 5+ years of experience (marketing or business development is a plus).
- Experience with account management and media buying.
- Agencies background as a MUST.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a MUST.
- Excellent business writing.
- Excellent user of MS office tools.
- Certificate in sales and marketing is a plus.
- Passion for sales and the ambition to make a personal difference.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Self-starter, excellent communication and time management skills.
